Chris Wade has sadly stopped making his excellent traditional Cheshire but we can offer you Windsors, a multi award winning family cheesemaker producing cheese on the farm.
 
 
Creamy Lancashire made by the Sandham family to a recipe dating back to 1930. Hand mixed and turned daily for six weeks.
 
 
Shropshire Blue made by David and Ian Skailes at the Cropwell Creamery. Pasteurized milk comes from cows grazing in the Vale of Belvoir.
 
 
Mature Cheddar traditional farmhouse cheese made on Maryland Farm, Shepton Mallett from Somerset milk. Matured for six months to give a good bite.
 
 
Blue Stilton made by the Skailes brothers on the Leicestershire Nottinghamshire border. This ten week old cheese is hand crafted and turned using the same methods since 1847.
