What sup people! My name is Dusty. I love food and used to own a restaurant. My passion for food started when I was a little kid. My parents gave me my very first baking kit when I was six and I have been cooking ever since. I love baking pastries such as cakes, cupcakes and etc. You name it, I have baked it! When I was twelve, I studied and learned how to cook from my uncle who owned his own Italian restaurant. I would help out every summer and have made the local news by being the youngest chef in town! It was only natural that when I finished high school, I partnered with my dad to open my own restaurant. I ran my own restaurant for over 15 years and now I have decided to sell it to pursue my other passion of becoming a food critic. Currently, I work for a major local newspaper and write articles on new restaurants that are in town. I would often drop by the restaurant unexpectedly as a guest to critique their food. Being a food critic is not a job but a hobby and passion of mine. I find extreme satisfaction critiquing different restaurant’s food. The restaurants owners that I critique either hate me or love me. I cannot imagine doing anything else that is not food related. Food is what I live and breathe and it is in my blood! Life doesn’t get any better than this!
